My research uses ultrasound tongue imaging and L2 speech data to explore the representation of speech sounds. My primary research interests include second language acquisition, perception and production of non-native phones, articulation, and laboratory phonology. I received my PhD from Georgetown University in May 2021, and am currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Texas at Arlington.
